A New Chapter: Full-Time at Hultafors Group

Since May 2026, I have been working full-time at Hultafors Group as Product & IT Service Owner — Integration. My work covers integration ownership, modernization, harmonization, strategy, AI, automation, and the technical ownership of the integration landscape.

That role takes up most of my professional time, so I have changed the scope of the projects I run outside work.

Chronomation

Chronomation is paused. I am no longer actively developing the platform, and I have moved the concept, the writing, and the lessons from building it to the Ball Lightning archive.

Trying to build a product platform alone alongside a demanding full-time role was not a realistic long-term plan. Pausing it means I can leave the work in a usable state instead of continuing to announce plans I do not have the time to deliver.

Ball Lightning AB

Ball Lightning AB remains open as a company presence, portfolio, and archive. I am not using it as a consulting channel or taking client work through it.

The Builder Coil

The Builder Coil is now an occasional personal devlog. I will use it for hobby projects, technical experiments, learning notes, and reflections on archived projects. There is no publishing schedule.

The change also removes a few parts of the old setup:

• The Upkeep newsletter has been retired. The signup flow is gone, and no mailing list is being maintained.
• The contact form has been removed. Email and GitHub are still available for getting in touch.
• The product-marketing copy and related calls to action have been removed.

The older Chronomation, Agent Skills Updater, and TanStack Start posts will remain online as a record of what I was working on at the time. I will also now and then publish updates about projects I'm working on.
